An exploration of the Morning Medical form. Class is open.
Qigong, the practice of developing vital energy, is derived from ancient shamanistic and martial movements. The Morning Medical Qigong form is designed as a whole to heal all the organ systems, which cultivates overall well-being. We have found that shamanic practices, just like life, require the cultivation of vital energy and the balance of deep internal healing.

3rd Tuesdays—Shamanic Journey Circle. Begins October 19th
An exploration guided by the shaman of crafting questions, interpreting your journeys, taking action, problem solving and working with your helping spirits for healing and empowerment. Circle is open to all who know how to journey, beginning to advanced.
